MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS
Based on our made-to-measure philosophy, no return is accepted and no refund is made on any order we have created based on the measurements you previously provided us with.
We do not offer an exchange service.
We only accept returns if a garment was NOT made according to the customer’s specified measurements. In that case, the garment can be returned and a refund will be reverted, minus the shipping cost in 5 days from the date you received the item.
If the customer needs further minor adjustments made by our team, we offer this service free of charge, excluding the shipping cost (back and forth), which the customer will cover.
We understand that the colors as they appear on your computer screen may slightly differ from how they are in reality. In this case, we highly recommend you to order the color swatches (free shipping) to help you decide.
Return Shipping Cost:
When all requirements have been met, we will initiate the refund for the cost of the product(s), minus the shipping fee, or any other extra services that may have applied to your order. Should you fail to meet any of these requirements, you will be notified by e-mail and the merchandise may be returned to you. We are, however, not responsible for any additional shipping costs. Should you refuse to accept the returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the item and the corresponding amount that was paid.
A time frame of anywhere between 10-14 days should be calculated for the receipt of your returned merchandise and the moment we initiate the return/refund process. The refund time frame depends on the credit card used or bank policy. Please note that the refund will only be issued to the credit card used for the order. The refund will only be issued to the same account from which the wire transfer payment was made for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
ONLINE ORDERS ON READY-TO-WEAR

We will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached, accompanied by the original invoice for online orders.
Please check your items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags or packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our standards.
