You can return a ready-to-wear product for a refund within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a return just email us at info@ramonfilip.com
We will only accept returns on non-faulty items that are in their original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached, accompanied by the original invoice for online orders.
Please check your items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any tags or packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our standards.

This return cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item, the return fee is:
• €80 per item for the EU + return shipping taxes
• €120 per item for the US and the rest of the world + return shipping taxes with DHL.
